Question by talks good s hit: Please help..best friend has bad drug addiction and has a child in her care?
I really need to know what to do my best friend has slipped into a bad way with amphetamines we fell out over it but 2 other friends are making sure she ok etc….6 mths on her hair has started to fall out and she has lost so much weight/and has had some psychotic episodes…my main concern is her 13 yr old daughter who am told has started to show signs that somethings wrong with her..not eating being sent home from school not long after getting there cos she say she ill and withdrawing from her usuall group of friends..I want to get the daughter out and tell my friends sister her sister is ill and isnt capable of looking after her daughter but my other friend is against it saying it will make things worse(for her daughter and also that would mean her family would know my friends is on drugs) i am so confused but so worried about my friends daughter..i need to know the right thing to do.

if she is really ur bestfriend ud help her in anythn nd if she aint quitin she cnt look after a child

Social Services needs to be called, (that’s what they call it in the states).
They will go to the home to investigate the well being of the child.
